сначала послушаем носителей языка, потом я русскими словами:
- "Should you have" is the future/conditional of "Do you have." It's used as such so the statement represents a more vague representation of time. It doesn't demonstrate just "now" and the "present" but also the "future."
Another way to make the same statement is "If you have" but this only represents future, and not conditional. And "If you will have" represents both, but is not in use because "should" is much easier to state than "if - will." (с) biocrite
- The meaning of the two is the same. "Should you" is more formal. You are probably seeing it in written, business situations. "If you" would be all right, even in most business situations in the U.S.; customs may vary elsewhere.
Legal writing, i.e. a letter from a lawyer, would be far more apt to use the "should" version. I believe it is also used in diplomatic situations and often in official government communication.
In conversation (U.S., I won't speak for Great Britain), "If you" would be almost universally used; it would be unusual to hear "Should you" conversationally. "Should you" is a shortened version of "If you should have" (с) RuthP

ведь мы и в русском так делаем:

вообще, сложность этого перевода ниже среднего, но так как Аракин - составитель
Библии Английского для всех постсоветских поколений - слабовато
раскрыл тему модальных глаголов, очень часто они вызывают сложности.

* Как преодолеть высокий вал, разделяющий грамматику и говорение
